High School Seniors On Location at Minnehaha Falls
During the later part of August and into September, I have many sessions scheduled photographing high school seniors. I love seniors! 🙂 I love to take these young adults to fun locations. At my suggestion, on Tuesday of this week, August 21st, 2018, we went to Minnehaha Falls. I suggested the falls since Anthony, the senior, was a lifeguard and wanted to be photographed near water. I did not know how spectacular the water flow was at this time, so that was a really nice surprise.
Practically the whole family came out! Mom had asked if it was okay to bring Anthony’s sisters. I said: Sure! The more the merrier. So, it was Anthony, his 2 sisters, Mom and even the dog. Mom had not been to the falls since she was a youngster. She really seemed to love it, and had no problem walking all those trails down below. We had such fun together and, of course, got some fabulous photos of Anthony for his senior yearbook submission. That was the goal after all. 🙂
One of my favorite parts of the sessions was this very last image. I said, hey, what about Mom? We had taken many photos of Anthony alone, (in his two different outfits), and then some with Anthony and his two sisters, and even a few with his adorable cute fuzzy dog. But, what about Mom?! Mom was reluctant, and we almost walked away.. until Anthony said, let’s do one with Mom. His natural, strong embrace says it all! What a sweet heart. I love seniors!
